为实现真空100 Kä½Žæ¸©çŽ¯å¢ƒä¸­çš„çº¢å¤–è®¾å¤‡æµ‹è¯•ï¼Œè®¾è®¡äº†ä¸€ç§ç¦»è½´ä¸‰åå¼çš„å‡†ç›´ç³»ç»Ÿã€‚è¯¥ç³»ç»Ÿé‡‡ç”¨æ— çƒ­åŒ–è®¾è®¡ï¼Œæ•´æœºç»“æž„é€‰ç”¨SiC材料,在镜体与支撑结构连接处采用Cå½¢å¼€å£èƒ€é”€ä½œä¸ºæŸ”æ€§ç»“æž„ï¼Œè¡¥å¿è¿žæŽ¥ç»“æž„çš„ä½Žæ¸©å˜å½¢ã€‚ç³»ç»Ÿæ•´ä½“é™¤åå°„é•œå¤–ï¼Œå ¶ä½™éƒ¨åˆ†å ¨éƒ¨åŒ è£¹åœ¨ä½Žæ¸©è¾å°„å†·æ¿å† ã€‚ä½Žçƒ­å¯¼ç»çƒ­æ”¯æ’‘ç»“æž„åœ¨çƒ­ä¼ å¯¼é“¾ä¸­èµ·çƒ­å±è”½ä½œç”¨ï¼Œå®žçŽ°ç³»ç»Ÿçš„ç»çƒ­æ”¯æ’‘å’Œå¿«é€Ÿåˆ¶å†·ã€‚åœ¨100 K低温环境下对单镜进行仿真分析,主、次、三镜的面形误差均小于λ/50;整机分析得到主、次、三镜的面形误差均不大于λ/30。常温下系统各个视场波前差在λ/14~λ/8å† ï¼Œä½Žæ¸©ä¸‹ç³»ç»Ÿè§†åœºæ³¢å‰å·®åœ¨Î»/8~λ/7å† ï¼Œæ ¹æ®ç‘žåˆ©åˆ¤æ®å¯è®¤ä¸ºæ³¢é¢æ— ç¼ºé™·ã€‚å½“Î»=632.8 nm时,常温下系统在50 lp/mmé¢‘çŽ‡çš„è°ƒåˆ¶ä¼ é€’å‡½æ•°ï¼ˆModulation Transfer Function,MTF)大于0.7;低温下的MTF大于0.6,满足系统在50 lp/mm MTF大于0.6的使用要求。仿真结果表明,准直系统可以在100 KçœŸç©ºçŽ¯å¢ƒä¸­ç¨³å®šè¾“å‡ºå¹³è¡Œå ‰ï¼Œæ»¡è¶³ä½Žæ¸©çº¢å¤–è®¾å¤‡çš„æµ‹è¯•éœ€æ±‚ã€‚åœ¨å¿«é€Ÿè¾å°„åˆ¶å†·ææ–™çº§å®žéªŒä¸­ï¼ŒåŽ†ç»18 h,温度稳定在130 K;历经30 h,SiC镜坯温度稳定在110 K。该实验验证了SiC反射镜快速辐射制冷的可行性。
